 Dissertation topic: The intersection of Environmental history and Native American history: The cultural and environmental effects of pollution and natural resource extraction on Native American communities in light of government policies.

 Bio: I will be entering my second year in the History Department’s Doctoral Program at Florida State University. My major is in U.S. since 1865 with an emphasis in Native American history and my advisor is Dr. Frank. Additionally, I received the Margaret Ausley Fellowship and will be serving as Secretary of the History Graduate Student Association in the 2016-2017 academic year. 

Grading/Teaching Experience: In the Fall of 2016 will be grading for Dr. Doel in his Cold War Science and Tech course.
