The History Graduate Student Association at Florida State University is pleased to host the 10th Annual Southeast Regional Graduate Student Conference on March 29, 2019 in Tallahassee, Florida. The theme for the conference is “Nationalisms: Past and Present, Real and Imagined.” Conference panels will examine all aspects of nationalism from a variety of disciplinary perspectives.  The conference is designed to foster a collaborative academic environment between and among graduate students of various disciplines and with faculty.meeks_joshua

Keynote Speech
We are pleased to announce that Dr. Joshua Meeks, Assistant Professor at Northwest University, will present the Keynote Speech. Information on Dr. Meeks can be found here.

Additional Information for Presenters
Each room will be equipped with a Windows-based computer, screen, and sound system. We strongly encourage presenters to email PowerPoints, etc. before the conference or to bring a flash drive with the presentation on it.

Parking
Most Florida State Parking Lots are reserved for FSU students, faculty, and staff until about 4:30/5:00PM on Fridays. Lots are clearly marked with when parking rules are in effect.
